REMEMBER LADY VALDIS?

REMEMBER LADY VALDIS?

Well, her chicks have grown up and she has become more adult herself (no longer that little brat)!

==Valdis==
*Claims to Fame: First and still only character ever for whom transforming into a freaking DRAGON was less significant than being a pet owner.
*Where Is She Now: A mere puppet ruler now, Valdis is merely a mouthpiece for her blue chicken advisors, obediently making decrees in accordance with their every whim. It’s not actually all that different, though, just a heck of a lot fewer Chick-fil-As around.
*Lasting Impact: Showed a lot of very disturbed people that things like reciprocated love and consent are not necessary for a relationship as long as you have enough drugs.
Seriously we all just kinda glossed over that whole “drugging an amnesiac to keep as a husband” thing in favor of focusing on cute baby chickens. I feel like maybe that should have been addressed a little more.

-Yeah, that tended to get ignored a lot in various “after happily-ever-after” write-ups.
-Eh, what’s a good Fairy Tale if it ain’t Politically Incorrect?

-It’s not often that an antagonist gets their happily ever after.
-Oh, how cute! She got them all crowns!

There is a dragon on her throne, as a reference to her reptilian form, and her chickens are now all grown up and wear lovely crowns.

COUNTDOWN TO LÜTZEN IV: THY NAME IS VALDIS

Finally, the real name of the false heroine in Erstwhile is revealed!
"Valdis" sounds much more musical than "Katla". Also, the blonde's true name is meaningful: "Mistress of Choice" in Old Norse...
Now wedding bells are tolling for Valdis and Marcus (don't they look like Othello and Desdemona?)...
Let's take a first peek inside Chateau Valdis and look at our favourite anti-heroine!
The courtyard is kind of shabby, but the guardhouse is stunning! (Even more, considering Her Ladyship's recent betrothal)!
